Having served nine years since his first election to the Board of the Company, Mr Sean Dorgan has indicated that he will not be putting himself forward for re-election at the 2017 Annual General Meeting to take place on 5 May 2017.  As a result he will retire as a non-executive Director at the conclusion of the 2017 Annual General Meeting.
