FBD Holdings plc ("FBD" or the "Group") today announces that Mr. Dermot Mulvihill, independent non-executive Director, has resigned from the Board and from the Nomination and Audit Committees.  Mr. Mulvihill has served on the Board since 2011.

Mr. Michael Berkery, Chairman, commented:

"I want to record mine and the Board's appreciation to Dermot for his valuable contribution to the Board and its committees since his appointment and to wish him continued success in the future."
