FBD Holdings plc ("FBD" or the "Group") announces that at a meeting of the Board held yesterday, Mr. John Bryan, independent non-executive Director, tendered his resignation from the Board and from the Audit Committee.  Mr. Bryan is the immediate past president of the Irish Farmers' Association, his term of office having ended in January 2014.

The Board wishes to record its appreciation to Mr. Bryan for his advice and input since his appointment in 2010 and to wish Mr. Bryan continued success in the future.
