On July 22, 2019, FB Financial Corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its financial results for the second quarter ended June 30, 2019 (the “Earnings Release”). In addition, the Company made available on its website (investors.firstbankonline.com) supplemental financial information for the second quarter ended June 30, 2019 (the “Supplemental Financial Information”) and an earnings release presentation (the “Earnings Presentation”) for use in connection with the Earnings Release. Copies of the Earnings Release, the Supplemental Financial Information and the Earnings Presentation are furnished as Exhibit 99.1, Exhibit 99.2 and Exhibit 99.3, respectively, to this current report on Form 8-K (this “Report”).
