Ref.: Intimation of Sale of entire stake held by the Company in Megamont Limited dated March 07, 2025

In accordance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (‘SEBI LODR Regulations’), and in furtherance to our intimation dated March 07, 2025, we wish to inform you that consequent to the sale of 9,00,000 equity shares of Megamont Limited pursuant to Share Purchase Agreement (“SPA”) executed between Faze Three Limited (“Seller”) and Ms. Maddukuri Mounica and Mrs. Minal Patil (together referred to as “Acquirers”), our shareholding in Megamont Limited stands at Nil, as on the date of this intimation.

Further, in light of the foregoing and completion of Open Offer triggered due to the said SPA, as intimated by the Acquirers on September 09, 2025, under the SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2011, we wish to inform you that we have applied for reclassification from the “Promoter” category of Megamont Limited to the “Public” category under Regulation 31A(10) of the SEBI LODR Regulations.

We further confirm that we are no longer associated with the business or management of Megamont Limited, do not exercise any control over its affairs and are not involved in its day-to-day activities. Accordingly, we cease to be a related party of Megamont Limited.
