Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Securities Exchange and Board of India (‘SEBI’) (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, please be informed that, Ms. Samruddhi Varadkar (Membership No: A57168) has tendered her resignation from the position of ‘Company Secretary and Compliance Officer’ of the Company with effect from the closing business hours of Thursday, October 05, 2023, to pursue new opportunities outside the Company.
The Company would like to place on record its appreciation for the valuable contribution of Ms. Varadkar during her stint with the Company and wish her success in her future endeavors. Ms. Varadkar has been relieved from her duties w.e.f. closure of business hours of Thursday, October 05, 2023.
The details required under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023 are provided as an Annexure I hereto. The resignation letter dated October 05, 2023 is enclosed herewith as Annexure II.
