Fatfish Group Limited (“Company”) wishes to advise that there was a Broker administrative error in relation to the amount raised and announced on 26 October 2020.

The total amount raised is $1.525 million and not $1.5 million as previously announced.

The total number of shares to be issued is 101,666,667 fully paid ordinary shares.

There are no changes in relation to the issue price.

An amended Appendix 3B has been lodged.
