Fatfish Unit Completes Snaefell AB Acquisition

Reference is made to the ASX announcement by Fatfish Blockchain Limited (“ Fatfish ”, “ FFG ” or the “ Company ”) on 20 July 2018 regarding the acquisition of Swedish venture investment firm Snaefell AB (“ Snaefell ”) by FFG’s Swedish subsidiary, Fatfish Global Ventures AB (“ FGV ”).

FFG is pleased to announce that the acquisition of Snaefell has been fully completed, and all conditions of the sale and purchase agreement have been fulfilled.

The Snaefell management has been integrated into FGV and has been working closely with the FGV existing management team to develop FGV’s business in the European market.
