Clarification on Global Collaboration and Distribution Agreement

iCandy Interactive Limited (ASX: ICI) ( “Company” ) refers to its announcement titled “Global Collaboration and Distribution Agreement Signed” as released on 21 March 2019 (the Announcement).

The Announcement outlines the Global Joint Venture and Distribution Agreement (the Agreement) executed between the Company and Emerge Gaming Limited (ASX:EM1, “ Emerge Gaming ”) and includes a statement that “ The iCandy management is of the opinion that the strategic collaboration with EM1, and its associated immediate business opportunities, will have material positive impact in terms of revenue and operational capability to the Company in the near to mid-term, allowing the Company to harness further potential of its extensive game content and technology via a very interactive mobile esports platform that could bring much excitement to the gamer community that the Company currently serves. ”

The Company refers to the statement and advises that as per the Announcement, the new business associated with the collaboration and the iLeague Platform have yet to be launched and both companies are just beginning to collaborate operationally, as a result, it is too early to determine the full financial impact the Agreement has on the Company currently. However, the Company believes that it will begin to see the revenue from the collaboration once the collaboration starts operationally, presumably in 1-4 months’ time frame.
