Errata - FFG Draws Down 2[nd] Tranche Strategic Funding Facility

Reference is made to the ASX announcement by Fatfish Blockchain Limited (“ Fatfish ”, “ FFG ” or the “ Company ”) on 3 April 2019 regarding the Draw Down of the 2[nd] Tranche Strategic Funding Facility.

The Company wishes to advise that there is an error in the stated number of ordinary shares held by Arena Investor LP (“Arena”). Following Arena’s conversion of the first tranche convertible note as announced on 1 April 2019, Arena currently holds 73,300,749 ordinary shares representing approximately 12.42% of the Company’s outstanding shares.

The Company apologises for the error.
