Reference is made to the announcements dated 17 April 2017, 25 July 2017 and 4 August 2017 made by International venture investment and development firm, Fatfish Blockchain Limited (“ Fatfish ”, “ FFG ” or the “ Company ”) on the acquisition of interest in Malaysia-listed Peterlabs Holdings Berhad (“ PLabs ”) by FFG’s Malaysian subsidiary, Fatfish Ventures Sdn Bhd (“ FVSB ”).

FFG wishes to update that FVSB has disposed of its entire holdings in PLabs via onmarket transactions. FVSB made a loss of approximately RM 700,000 (approximately AUD$0.24 million) from the disposal.

The net disposal proceeds of RM4,755,266 (approximately AUD$1,631,828) will be used to repay the non-recourse debt raised for the funding of PLabs acquisition, which amounted to approximately RM5,455,266 (approximately AUD$1,872,042).
