Fatfish’s Swedish Subsidiary Seeks to Replace Financial Advisor

We refer to on announcement dated 11 September 2017 in regards to the restructuring and potential Initial Public Offering (IPO) on the Swedish public market by Fatfish Global Ventures AB (publ)(“FGV”), a Sweden incorporated subsidiary of Fatfish Internet Group Limited (ASX Code: FFG) (“FFG” and “the Company”).

Swedish investment bank, Remium Nordic AB (“Remium”) had been appointed as FGV’s Financial Advisor, advising it on a potential IPO on the Swedish public market. The Finansinspektionen (FI) (Swedish Financial Services Authority) has recently issued a sanction on Remium for its non-compliance on its credit business and ownership structure. The sanction is principally not related to the Corporate Finance division of Remium that FGV is working with. Despite this, FI has proceeded to revoke all licenses of Remium, whilst allowing it to continue to operate for a minimum of four months, as Remium exits its clientele relationships in an orderly fashion.

The management of FGV has been informed on this matter by Remium. As such FGV is currently evaluating its relationship with Remium to consider various options being presented to the management of FGV, vis-a-vis terminating its contract with Remium and appointing a new financial advisor. FFG will keep the market informed in due course on FGV’s decision.

The impact of this matter on FGV’s operation and corporate plan is expected to be minimum and not material. FGV will continue to pursue its operation and corporate

plan in the European market as per its plan for the current financial year. We look forward to further updating shareholders in due course.
