Fatfish Internet Group Ltd – Trading Halt
Description
The securities of Fatfish Internet Group Ltd (the ‘Company’) will be placed in trading halt at the request of the Company, pending the release of an announcement by the Company. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in trading halt until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Thursday, 14 June 2018 or when the announcement is released to the market.

Request for Trading Halt
Fatfish Internet Group Limited (ACN 004 080 460) (ASX:FFG) ( Company) hereby requests a trading halt with respect to its securities effective immediately in accordance to ASX Listing Rule 17.1.
In accordance with Listing Rule 17.1, the Company provides the following information in relation to the request.

The trading halt is requested pending the release of an announcement concerning a capital raising by the Company by way of placement to sophisticated/professional investors.

The trading halt is requested until the earlier of commencement of normal trading on Thursday, 14 June 2018 or when the relevant announcement is released to the market, whichever is earlier; and
-
The Company is not aware of any reason why the trading in its securities should not be temporarily halted.
