ASX Announcement

Update regarding potential transaction

Fatfish Blockchain Limited (“ Fatfish ”, “ FFG ” or the “ Company ”) refers to the trading halt request announced on 27 November 2018.

On 27 November 2018, the Company requested ASX to halt the trading of its securities, pending the release of an announcement regarding a potential transaction to be undertaken by a subsidiary of the Company (“ Transaction ”). The Company’s securities were subsequently suspended from official quotation on 29 November 2018.

The Transaction involved a subsidiary of the Company co-founding and providing incubation support and funding to a fiat-to-cypto exchange targeting the South East Asian market.

After further internal discussions and consultation with the Company’s advisors and the ASX, the Company has decided not to pursue the Transaction at this time.

The Company confirms that no funds have been advanced by the Company for the purposes of the exchange, no material Company resources have been applied to the exchange and that the Company does not presently hold any shareholding or other rights in respect of the exchange.

This announcement is intended to lift the suspension of the Company’s securities from official quotation.
