Market Update – Strategic Alliance with Mountain Partners

Further to the announcement made on 18 August 2016 regarding the term sheet entered into by the Company and Mountain Partners, the Company notes that it is still in discussion with Mountain Partners regarding the outstanding conditions to that transaction and will look to update the market further on the status of the transaction as soon as the Board resolves the way forward.
