Issue of Rights Issue Shortfall Shares and Cleansing Notice under 708A of the Corporations Act
Fatfish Internet Group Limited ( ASX: FFG ), confirms that it has today issued and allotted a further 49,375,000 fully paid ordinary shares ( New Shares ) and 49,375,000 unlisted options to subscribe for fully paid ordinary shares as detailed in the attached Appendix 3B.
The New Shares comprise the placement of the remaining balance of the shortfall arising under the Rights Issue announced 16 May 2017, together with one (1) free attaching unlisted option for each (1) New Share issued.
The Company has issued the New Shares and options above without disclosure to investors under the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) ( Act ). Accordingly, the Company gives notice pursuant to section 708A(5)(e) of the Act that:

The Company issued the placement shares and options above without disclosure to the investors under Part 6D.2 of the Act;

as at the date of this notice, the Company has complied with:

(a) the provisions of Chapter 2M of the Act as they apply to the Company; and

(b) section 674 of the Act; and

-
as at the date of this notice, there is no information that is “excluded information” (within the meaning of sections 708A(7) and 708A(8) of the Act).
