MARKET UPDATE –RESTRUCTURE AND EUROPEAN IPO

As announced on 11 September 2017 Fatfish Internet Group Ltd (Company) (ASX code: FFG) is proceeding with the restructure of its core assets under the venture builder division and the proposed IPO of a number of those core assets to be listed in Sweden.

Further to the announcement of 19 September 2017 regarding the waiver granted by the ASX, the Company notes that it is continuing to work with its European advisors to finalize the restructure and IPO prospectus. The Company is pleased to announce that the restructure is completed today with the relevant core assets transferred to the Company’s Swedish subsidiary Fatfish Global Ventures AB (publ).

Correspondingly Fatfish Global Ventures AB (publ), that now holds those core assets of the Company’s venture building activities, assumes the role of the global headquarter of the Company’s venture building activities.

The completion of the restructure also represents a major milestone forward in the Company’s plan to seek an IPO for Fatfish Global Ventures AB (publ) on a Swedish exchange. The IPO team is targeting a lodgment of the IPO prospectus with the Swedish regulator by 1 December 2017.

The Company will look to update the market further on the status of the transaction as it progresses.
