Placement Completed
Fatfish Internet Group Ltd (ABN 88 004 080 460) (ASX:FFG) ( Company ) is pleased to announce the successful completion of its equity placement ( Placement ).
Pursuant to the Placement, 7.5 million fully paid ordinary shares ( Shares ) were issued at a price of A$0.04 per Share to raise A$300,000 of additional capital before expenses.
The funds raised from the Placement will be used to strengthen the Company’s balance sheet, to make new investments into Internet businesses in the Australasia region and to fund general working capital.
New Shares issued under the Placement rank equally with existing Shares on issue. Shareholder approval for the issue of Shares under the Placement is not required.
Enclosed is an Appendix 3B in respect of all Shares allotted pursuant to the Placement on 20 December 2016.
