Fatfish Internet Group Ltd (ASX:FFG) Rights Issue – Offer opens; Updated Appendix 3B; Despatch of Replacement Prospectus and letter to shareholders

As foreshadowed in yesterday's announcement, Fatfish Internet Group Ltd confirms that:

• the Replacement Prospectus and Entitlement and Acceptance Forms (all as enclosed) for its non-renounceable rights issue announced on 2 January 2015 ( Rights Issue ) was lodged with ASIC today and will be despatched to eligible shareholders today;

• the Rights Issue opens today;

• the enclosed updated Appendix 3B reflects the updated timetable for the Rights Issue and replaces the Appendix 3B lodged on 2 January 2015; and

• the enclosed letter will be despatched to all shareholders today.
