Fatfish Internet Group Ltd (ASX:FFG) Allocation of Rights Issue shortfall

Fatfish Internet Group Ltd (ASX:FFG) ( Company ) advises that it has successfully finalised the allocation of the remaining 12,918,039 shortfall options from its nonrenounceable rights issue which closed on Friday 23 January 2015.

Those shortfall options were allotted on 2 March 2015 at an issue price of A$0.01 per option, raising A$129,180.39.

Enclosed is an Appendix 3B for that allotment.
