program**

Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia – 6 November 2014: Fatfish Ventures Sdn Bhd (Fatfish Ventures), a Malaysian subsidiary of ASX listed internet venture accelerator Fatfish Internet Group Limited (ASX:FFG) has been selected as a co-investment partner with the Malaysian Government’s Cradle Fund Sdn Bhd (Cradle Fund).

Cradle Fund is an agency within the Malaysian Government’s Ministry of Finance that manages RM150m (approximately AUD52m) to invest in technology and innovation startups. It is the first official partnership program Cradle has established to co-invest in startup opportunities.

Fatfish Ventures is one of four investment partners selected by Cradle to run the program. Fatfish will identify and qualify startups in Malaysia under the program with Cradle matching each investment made by Fatfish on a one-for-one basis up to RM500,000 (approximately AUD173,000). Cradle has allocated RM2.5m (approximately AUD890,000) for co-investment with Fatfish Ventures. There is no maximum number of start-ups that Fatfish Ventures can lead and manage under this program.

Fatfish will be responsible for carrying out due diligence and setting the terms of each investment.
