PLACEME�T OF SHARES
The board of Atech Holdings Limited (ASX:ATH) is pleased to announce that it today placed 2,912,000 shares at a price of 20c per share. The placement was facilitated by Alpha Wealth Financial Services Pty Ltd.
$582,400 was raised through this placement and the funds are to be used firstly in payment of a fee of 2% of the amount raised to Alpha Wealth Financial Services P/L.
The remaining funds will be used for business expansion.
