Resignation & Appointment of Company Secretary

Fatfish Internet Group Limited (ASX: FFG) announces that the Fatfish Board has been informed by Mr Donald Low, an independent, Non-Executive Director of the Company, and its Company Secretary, of his intention to retire from the position of Company Secretary effective 1 April 2018.

Mr Andrew Draffin & Ms Jiahui Lan will be appointed Joint Company Secretary effective 1 April 2018. Mr Draffin and Ms Lan are principals of DW Accounting & Advisory Pty Ltd (DW), who currently provide accounting services to the Company. DW provides company secretarial and CFO services to both listed and public companies operating across a broad range of sectors.

The Board expresses their gratitude to Mr Low for his service as Company Secretary.
