Appointment of Director

Pursuant to the Share Sale Agreement with Fatfish Internet Group Pte Ltd and Fatfish Capital Ltd, the Company is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Kin Wai Lau as a director of Fatfish Internet Group Limited with immediate effect.
