Fastned haalt ruim 13 miljoen euro op voor verdere groei

Amsterdam, 29 juli 2020. Snellaadbedrijf Fastned heeft ruim 13 miljoen euro opgehaald met de uitgifte van obligaties. Daarnaast hebben investeerders voor 2,7 miljoen euro aan obligaties uit eerdere uitgiften verlengd, waarmee het totaal geplaatste bedrag in deze uitgifte uitkomt op ruim 16 miljoen euro. Alle nieuw uitgegeven obligaties hebben een looptijd tot juli 2025.

Van woensdag 24 juni tot en met dinsdag 28 juli konden investeerders inschrijven op de obligaties met een rente van 6% per jaar en een looptijd van 5 jaar. Daarnaast is een aanbieding gedaan aan investeerders met obligaties die aflopen in december 2021 en in juni 2022 om deze te verlengen door ze in te wisselen voor obligaties uit deze nieuwe uitgifte. Meer dan een kwart van de obligaties uit deze eerdere uitgiften is ingewisseld, waarmee de aflossingsverplichting voor Fastned in 2021 en 2022 is teruggebracht met 2,7 miljoen euro.

Fastned raises over 13 million euro to finance further growth

Amsterdam, July 29, 2020. Fast charging company Fastned has raised over 13 million euro with the issue of bonds. In addition, investors have extended 2.7 million euro worth of bonds from earlier issues, bringing the total issued amount to more than 16 million euro. All newly issued bonds will mature in July 2025.

From Wednesday June 24 to Tuesday July 28 investors could subscribe to the bonds with 6% interest and a maturity of 5 years. In addition, an offer has been made to investors with bonds maturing in December 2021 and June 2022 to extend these bonds by exchanging them for bonds in this new issue. More than a quarter of bonds from earlier issues have now been converted to bonds from this issue, reducing the repayment obligation for Fastned in 2021 and 2022 by 2.7 million euro.
