Fastned benoemt nieuwe commissaris en installeert Victor van Dijk als statutair bestuurder
Op 11 november tijdens de buitengewone algemene vergadering van Fastned B.V. is Nancy Kabalt benoemt als commissaris. Tevens werd Victor van Dijk (CFO) benoemd tot statutair bestuurder.

Fastned appoints new supervisory director and installs Victor van Dijk as statutory director
On 11 November during the extraordinary general meeting of Fastned B.V. Nancy Kabalt has been appointed as a supervisory director. Victor van Dijk (CFO) was also appointed as statutory director.
