Increased number of shares and votes in Fastighetsbolaget Emilshus AB
The number of shares and votes in Fastighetsbolaget Emilshus AB (publ) ("Emilshus") has increased during the month of May as a result of a directed share issue of ordinary shares of series B resolved by the board of directors pursuant to the authorisation from the annual general meeting held on 29 April 2025. Following the directed share issue, the number of shares in Emilshus has increased by 12,000,000 ordinary shares of series B, the number of votes by 12,000,000 and the share capital by SEK 24,000,000.
As of 30 May 2025, the number of shares in Emilshus amounts to 156,154,267, divided into 11,527,890 ordinary shares of series A, 114,626,377 ordinary shares of series B and 30,000,000 preference shares. As of the same date, the number of votes amounts to 259,905,277.
