Balder acquires a property located at Lilla Torg 1 in central Malmö

Balder has on June 1, 2012 acquired the office property Malmö Lejonet 2, Lilla Torg 1, through a company acquisition. The property is located at one of Malmö's most famous addresses and is a natural meeting place for both tourists and locals.

The lettable area is approx 6,000 sqm and a value of approx SEK 200 million has been assigned. The property is within a few hundred yards from all Balder properties in Malmö.
