Balder acquires the property Lindholmen Front

Fastighets AB Balder has acquired the office property Göteborg Lindholmen 29:1 for approximately 400 million. The property is located at the quay front and has a leasable area of about 12,000 sqm. The largest tenants in the property are China- Euro Vehicle Technology AB (CEVT) and Alten Sverige AB.
