Balder acquires a property in central Gothenburg

Fastighets AB Balder has agreed to acquire the office building Göteborg Heden 47: 3 under construction. The property is located next to Gamla Ullevi between Kungsportsavenyn and the main railway station in the center of Gothenburg. The property is over 7,500 square meters and the agreed property value amounts to approximately SEKM 415. Contracted tenants include the West Sweden Chamber of Commerce, law firm Glimstedt, Ernst & Young, Litigate law firm. Balder will also move its office in Gothenburg to the property.

The possession will take place on 1 July 2016.
