Balder sells part of the leasehold Årstaäng 4

Fastighets AB Balder (publ) has agreed to sell part of the leasehold Stockholm Årstaäng 4 to JM AB.

The sales price amounts to SEK 198 million and the possession will take place during the third quarter 2015.
