Balder buys yet another Murmästare

Balder acquires the property Stockholm Murmästaren 3 at Kungsholmstorg with a lettable area of approximately 16,000 sq.m. and an underlying property value of approximately SEK 500m. The property is currently fully let and will be taken into possession at the end of December. Balder owns the neighboring house Murmästaren 7, making this a suitable acquisition.
