Changes in Balder's management team

As of December 30th, 2022 the following five persons form Balder's management team:

• Erik Selin, CEO
• Sharam Rahi, Deputy CEO
• Petra Sprangers, Head of Personnel and Administration
• Eva Sigurgeirsdottir, Director of Economy
• Ewa Wassberg, CFO

Bengt Kron at Öhrlings PwC will continue as auditor.

Ewa Wassberg took up her position at Balder in September 2022, after a number of years as Head of finance and group accounting at the property company Fabege. With her experience, Ewa will be a strong addition to Balder's management team.

At the same time Benny Ivarsson, Head of property, leaves his position in the management team. Benny has been with Balder since 2006 and continues in his role to work with specific clients, projects and transactions.
