fashionette AG: GENUI announces the sale of its shares in fashionette AG to The Platform Group GmbH & Co. KG
Duesseldorf, 20 December 2022. GENUI I GmbH & Co. geschl. InvKG, Hamburg (formerly: Genui Fund GmbH & Co. KG) (“ GENUI “), the largest shareholder of fashionette AG (“ Company “), has today publicly announced and informed the Company that GENUI has sold all of the 2,388,072 no-par value bearer shares it holds in the Company, corresponding to 38.52% of the Company’s share capital and voting rights. GENUI is therefore no longer a shareholder of the Company. According to its press release, GENUI has sold its shares to The Platform Group GmbH & Co. KG, Wiesbaden. According to the press release, the parties agreed not to disclose the purchase price for the sold shares. The company is therefore not aware of the purchase price.
