遠傳深耕5G「大人物」技術，衝刺永續智慧城市、智慧醫療、數位轉型、電 信系統整合四大領域，在公部門和企業客戶強勁需求帶動下，2024年前三季 的智慧資通訊服務營收創歷史新高，合約金額年成長率持續達雙位數。主要 亮點有：

在 數位轉型 方面，遠傳為全台第一家取得微軟授權解決方案夥伴資格(LSP) 的電信業者，協助用戶運用生成式AI等技術加速數位轉型， 2024年前三季 合約金額年成長率達123%、客戶數量年成長率達44%

在 永續智慧城市 方面，獲得大型智慧電表物聯網專案，以及多項公共電動 車充電專案

在 電信系統整合 方面，協助企業夥伴打造大型光纖網路建設、智慧建築 在 智慧醫療 方面， 2024年前三季營收年成長率達28% ，首創「5G救護車」 已支援全台共10個縣市的緊急救護；遠傳「Health健康+」App已與全台 77家醫療院所合作，更成功在東南亞完成遠距診療的概念性驗證(POC)； 更積極協助診所打造雲端HIS系統，以整合分級醫療、在宅醫療與長照。

遠傳全台獨家「AI預測詐騙自動偵測系統」 以AI人工智慧預測 詐騙成功擋下9成假電話與簡訊，根據165通報詐欺門號斷話 數統計，遠傳被通報數為電信業最低，以打詐防駭實績，善 盡企業社會責任
