Fandango Holdings plc is pleased to report that its proposed transaction announced 22 June 2023 continues to progress towards completion. Accordingly, the Board has delayed the release of its audited Year End accounts pending confirmation that the transaction only requires shareholder approval to proceed to completion and Re-Admission. Further updates will be provided in due course.
