Termination of Talks on Potential Acquisition

Fandango Holdings plc, the investment company focused on the industrial and services sectors, provides an update further to the announcement of 19 December 2018 regarding the possible acquisition of Konnect Mobile Communications Inc. ('Konnect' or the 'Acquisition'). 

Fandango is no longer in discussions with Konnect following the failure to raise the required funding for the Acquisition.  The Company has incurred nominal costs during the due diligence process.

Fandango continues to review other acquisition opportunities and will look to provide the market with updates in due course.
