Date of Annual General Meeting

Falcon Metals Ltd (ASX:FAL) (“Falcon” or the “Company”), advises that its 2024 Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) will be held on Thursday, 28[th] of November 2024. Further meeting details will be provided to shareholders in a separate Notice of Annual General Meeting (“NOM”) to be released in due course. The NOM will also be available on the ASX Market Announcements Platform and the Company’s website at www.falconmetals.com.au.

In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.13.1 and the Constitution of the Company, the closing date for director nominations for consideration at the AGM is the 9[th] of October 2024. Any nominations must be lodged at the registered office of the Company no later than 5.00pm (AEDT) on the 9[th] of October 2024.
