Publication of a Supplementary Prospectus

Fair Oaks Income Limited (the "Company") announces the publication of a supplementary prospectus, reflecting events arising since the publication of the Prospectus on 9 March 2017 and following the publication of the annual report and audited financial statements for the financial year ended 31 December 2016 by each of the Company and the Master Fund.

The supplementary prospectus will be available for inspection at the National Storage Mechanism at www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM.  Copies will also be available on the Company's website at http://www.fairoaksincome.com/ and for collection, free of charge during normal business hours, from the Company's registered office at Sarnia House, Le Truchot, St Peter Port, Guernsey, GY1 1GR for as long as ordinary shares are available for issue under the Company's 9 March 2017 prospectus.
