Fagerhult's ownership of WACO Belgium completed
Following the agreement reached in May 2007 between WACO N.V. and Fagerhult, the completion of this purchase and the subsequent full ownership of this company was completed 30 June 2009.
"The additional value of this brand and product offer to the Fagerhult Group has strengthened our overall market penetration throughout the world, and we look forward to building on this" said David Francis, Director Retail Lighting.
WACO is based in Baaigem, Belgium and is engaged in the design and production of lighting solutions for architectural and retail applications.
