FAE TECHNOLOGY AND KAYSER SPACE TO TAKE CENTER STAGE AT SPACE MEETINGS VENETO 2026

Joint participation at the international Venice-based event dedicated to the Space Economy, showcasing the Group's integrated approach across advanced electronics, space systems and services for microgravity missions

Gazzaniga (BG), May 12, 2026 – FAE Technology S.p.A. – Benefit Company ("FAE Technology" or the "Company"), the high-tech industrial group which designs, engineers and produces advanced electronics-based systems for high-reliability terrestrial and space markets (the "Group"), announces its participation in Space Meetings Veneto 2026 (Booth No. 129-130), the international event currently taking place in Venice that brings together global operators from the space economy and emerging technology sectors, to discuss the latest developments in satellite applications, innovative technologies, supply chain and investments.

With more than 250 aerospace suppliers and exhibitors from 26 countries, 150 international buyers and over 3,500 participants, Space Meetings Veneto represents a strategic opportunity for the Group - attending through FAE Technology and Kayser Space - to meet international partners and stakeholders, strengthen dialogue with leading industry players and showcase the offering of its Space division. The Group's Space division focuses on the technological development of systems and subsystems, particularly Instrumental Control Units and Power Control Units, as well as end-to-end services for microgravity science.

The Group's participation in Space Meetings Veneto 2026 also comes just weeks after the announcement of the launch of Kayser Space, which combines the activities previously carried out by Kayser Italia - with over 40 years of experience and more than 100 completed space missions - and its UK subsidiary Kayser Space Ltd.. The initiative marks a strategic step forward for the FAE Technology Group and the beginning of a new phase of development within the Space Economy.

In this context, the Venice event represents an opportunity for the Group to present to the market an integrated and distinctive industrial approach, combining FAE Technology's expertise in advanced electronic design and industrialization with Kayser Space's capabilities in the development of systems and services for space applications, microgravity research and mission support. Together, these competencies make it possible to transform scientific concepts into operational systems and support space programs and missions throughout the entire development cycle, from initial definition through to orbital execution.

The complementarity between the Group's different business areas further strengthens its positioning across the entire space-sector value chain, supporting a more scalable and market-oriented model capable of accelerating the development of new applications and responding to the evolution of an industry increasingly focused on technological integration and international commercial opportunities.
