Facilities by ADF (LSE: ADF), the leading provider of premium serviced production facilities to the UK film and high-end television industry, announces that, further to its final results announcement on 26 April 2024, the Group's Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2023 (Annual Report) and Notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will be posted to shareholders today and are available for download on the Company's website www.facilitiesbyadf.com/investors/reports-presentations .

The Company will hold its AGM at 11.00 a.m. on Wednesday, 26 June 2024 at Kitsmead Lane, Longcross, Lyne, Chertsey, KT16 0EF.
