Facilities by ADF, the leading provider of premium serviced production facilities to the UK film and high-end television industry ("HETV"), announces that it was notified on 15 September 2024 by Steve Haines and Julie Fletcher that they had sold an aggregate of 10,000,000 ordinary shares of £0.01 each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on 10 September 2024 pursuant to the secondary placing announced by the Company on 22 August 2024 (the "Secondary Placing").

The Company was also notified, on 17 September 2024, that Andy Dixon and Sian Dixon that they had also sold an aggregate of 10,000,000 Ordinary Shares pursuant to the Secondary Placing.

Further details of the sales by each of Steve Haines, Julie Fletcher, Andy Dixon and Sian Dixon, together with their resultant interests in Ordinary Shares are as follows:
