1. Die direkte Beteiligung an der FACC AG durch AVIC Cabin System Co., Limited im jetzigen Ausmaß von 55,46 % hat gegenüber der letzten Beteiligungsmeldung vom 24.7.2019 (siehe oben Punkt 6.) keine beteiligungsrelevante Schwelle erreicht, überstiegen oder unterschritten. Es ist lediglich zu einem Anstieg der direkten Beteiligung von AVIC Cabin System Co., Limited in Höhe von gerundet 0.01% gekommen, dh also von 55,45% auf jetzt 55,46%.

2.Direkt kontrollierende Person der AVIC Cabin System Co., Limited ist die Xi¿an Aircraft Industry (Group) Company Ltd. (siehe die obige Kette). Indirekt kontrollierende oberste Person der Gruppe ist die hier meldende Person Aviation Industry Corporation of China, Ltd (siehe die obige Kette).

1. Aufgrund einer Umstrukturierung im Konzern hat die Xi¿an Aircraft Industry (Group) Company Ltd. ihre indirekte Beteiligung an der FACC AG von 25,00% (= direkte Beteiligung an der AVIC Cabin System Co., Limited von 45,08 %) reduziert auf 24,13% (= direkte Beteiligung an der AVIC Cabin System Co., Limited von 43,51%) und damit die Schwelle von 25% (indirekt) unterschritten. Deshalb erfolgt diese Beteilgiungsmeldung.
