In accordance with Regulation 31(1)(b) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (“SEBI LODR Regulations”), the shareholding pattern as on the date of listing, i.e., October 7, 2025, was duly submitted to the Stock Exchanges. The said submission covers the shareholding pattern required to be filed for the quarter ended September 30, 2025.

Accordingly, since the updated shareholding pattern was submitted on October 7, 2025, the Company has duly complied with the requirements of Regulation 31(1)(b) of the SEBI LODR Regulations for the quarter ended September 30, 2025.
