Subject: Intimation of closure of Trading Window as per SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015

This is to inform you that in accordance with the Company’s Code of Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring, and Reporting of Trading by Insiders and Code of Practices and Procedures for Fair Disclosure in respect of securities of company and pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended from time to time, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the company shall remain closed for all Directors, Officers, Designated Persons and their immediate relatives from October 07, 2025 (‘Date of listing’) till 48 hours after declaration of Financial Results of the company for the quarter ended September 30, 2025.
