Subject: Intimation of Closure of Trading Window as per SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.

This is to inform you that in accordance with the Company’s Code of Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring, and Reporting of Trading by Insiders and Code of Practices and Procedures for Fair Disclosure in respect of securities of company and pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended from time to time, the Trading Window for the purpose of trading in the shares of the Company by its Designated Persons and their immediate relatives shall remain closed from Thursday, January 01, 2026 till 48 (Forty Eight) hours after the declaration of the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ending December 31, 2025.

The same is being informed to the Designated Persons in accordance with the Code of Conduct.

The date of Board Meeting of the Company for the consideration and declaration of the said financial results will be intimated in due course in compliance with the timelines under the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
