Fabege sells properties in Marievik

Fabege has sold the properties Marievik 14 and 19 to AMF Pension for SEK 975 million. The properties comprise a total lettable area of 39,000 m2 , primarily office space. The buyer will take possession of the properties on 30 April. The sales will result in a total profit after tax of SEK 185 million, which will be recognised in the first quarter of 2008.
