Fabasoft AG (ISIN AT0000785407, WKN 922985, Prime Standard) announces
preliminary Group figures for the first nine months of the fiscal year
2014/2015 (1/4/2014-31/12/2014):
- Sales revenue: EUR 19.9 million (EUR 18.9 million in the first nine
months of the fiscal year 2013/2014)
- EBITDA: EUR 3.0 million (EUR 3.1 million in the first nine months of the
fiscal year 2013/2014)
- EBIT: EUR 1.9 million (EUR 1.9 million in the first nine months of the
fiscal year 2013/2014)
- Cash flows from operating activities: EUR 0.7 million (EUR -0.5 million
in the first nine months of the fiscal year 2013/2014)
- Cash and cash equivalents: EUR 10.6 million as of 31 December 2014 (EUR
12.1 million as of 31 December 2013)

Sales revenues amounted to EUR 7.6 million during the third quarter
(1/10/2014-31/12/2014) of the fiscal year 2014/2015 (EUR 6.8 million in the
same period of the previous year). The EBIT of the third quarter amounted
to EUR 1.1 million (EUR 0.7 million in the same period of the previous
year).
