Fabasoft AG (ISIN AT0000785407, WKN 922985, Prime Standard) announces Group
figures for the fiscal year 2014/2015 (1 April 2014 - 31 March 2015):
- Sales revenue: EUR 27.6 million (EUR 25.0 million in the fiscal year
2013/2014)
- EBITDA: EUR 4.6 million (EUR 3.7 million in the fiscal year 2013/2014)
- EBIT: EUR 3.0 million (EUR 2.1 million in the fiscal year 2013/2014)
- Cash flows from operating activities: EUR 4.6 million (EUR 1.0 million in
the fiscal year 2013/2014)
- Cash and cash equivalents: EUR 14.6 million as of 31 March 2015 (EUR 13.3
million as of 31 March 2014)

At the Annual General Meeting of Fabasoft AG to be held on 6 July 2015 a
dividend payment of EUR 0.45 per share will be proposed for the fiscal year
2014/2015 (fiscal year 2013/2014 EUR 0.42 per share).
